Volunteering with and otherwise supporting not-for-profits has become a very important part of both my personal and professional lives.
The world is a beautiful place, rich with culture and biodiversity, a lot of which needs help in order to be preserved. This takes many forms, which is why I support a wide range of missions around the world.
It is important that the organizations I work with and support have no political or religious agenda.

An annual fundraiser walk that benefits HIV/AIDS research. Every year, I serve as a Route Delineator in an official capacity and “crowd cheerer” in an unofficial capacity.
An organization that strives to broaden the audience of the opera experience. I served as a board member.
An organization that creates partnerships to improve the lives of children worldwide. I recently partnered with the Go Campaign to begin mentoring partner program staff in the areas of accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals.
A secondary school near Moshi, Tanzania that empowers disadvantaged youth and community members. I have spent extensive time at the school teaching English, Computer Science, and Mathematics. I have also worked with school educators and administrative staff in creating budgets and bookkeeping practices.
I served as a Keeper's Aide in the hippopotamus exhibit where I fed the hippos and cleaned their environments.
An organization that showcases individuals who work on behalf of animal rights worldwide. I have set up the accounting and have ensured proper registration and compliance.
A school in Svay Khleang, Cambodia that teaches children English and Computer Literacy. I am a co-founder of the school and I serve as Board Treasurer. I am actively involved in fundraising and program management and have spent extensive time teaching at the school.
