My role is flexible, in that what I provide for you can take many forms, depending on what your needs are. I can work remotely or on-site, or a combination of both. Here are just a few examples of how I could fit within your organization.
Start Ups.
If you are an organization that is just starting out, I can set up your books, recommend good accounting practices for moving forward, and train staff on how to perform accounting tasks (or perform those tasks myself). As I am also well-versed in general business and compliance issues, I can help ensure that you have the proper registrations and insurance in place.
Small Organizations.
If you are an organization that is already established, but small, I can provide general controllership services on a part-time basis if you do not have the capacity to employ a full time CFO or Controller.
Organizations Experiencing Growth and/or Change.
If you are an organization that is experiencing a growth spurt or other change, I can help you navigate that change. I will lead the way in the development of a more sophisticated accounting department.
Organizations Struggling Financially.
If you are an organization that is struggling financially, I can perform diagnostics to help you understand why. We can work together to address problems and institute new procedures to get you back on track, while maintaining your organization’s integrity.
